As a landscape photographer hailing from London, I cherish the beauty of nature, and Shiraz Villa seamlessly blended its surroundings into the dining experience.One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast feast served with fresh fruits hand-picked from the Villa's orchards. Each bite was a symphony of flavors, a true celebration of local produce. The private access to the vineyards allowed me to immerse myself in the essence of the region, a feeling that transcended mere sustenance.To complement this culinary escapade, I ventured into a day of eclectic wine-tasting at renowned local wineries like Burrowing Owl Estate Winery and NK'MIP Cellars. The fusion of exquisite flavors from the kitchen and the vineyard created a harmonious dining experience that resonated with my love for capturing the essence of a place through my lens.The restaurant's ambiance mirrored the tranquility of the Canadian wilderness, with panoramic views of the valley and the shimmering lake.
